Affordable Care Act (ACA)

The Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act and the Health Care & Education Reconciliation Act, which is most commonly referred to as the Affordable Care Act (Federal Health Reform) was signed March 2010. The law has specific regulations to improve quality of care, increase access to care, reduce costs, strengthen the health care workplace and make health coverage available for all Americans.
